Great location in a busy shopping area, close to a delicious tiramisu place. Breakfast left outside the room each morning. Lift available but porters helped with heavy suitcases. Friendly and helpful staff, called taxis when needed. Impressed my sister who now loves the city.

The smoke detector and fire extinguisher really bring a nice touch to the room décor. And who doesn't love a front desk safe? So handy for storing all my precious possessions, like my crown jewels. The satellite TV was a bonus, too. As if I needed more entertainment options.
Such a shame that there wasn't a red carpet rolled out for me upon arrival. I mean, who doesn't love feeling like a Hollywood star?

Giovanna, the staff, and the rest of the team were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to meet all our needs and make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore Rome on foot, even taking the kids to the beautiful Piazzetta Garibaldi. The terrace in our room provided stunning views, adding to the overall experience.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly breakfast options available.

The rooms at the hotel were clean and well-decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. the staff members were friendly and provided good customer service. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants.
The lack of variety in the breakfast options. There were a limited number of items available and they were left outside the room each morning.

Inside was great. I think it should be noted that this is a apartment, there is no front desk or lobby.

Very sympathic welcome by Giovanna. The hotel is very well located in the Roma shopping area, close to the Spanish steps. The rooms are very clean and offer everything needed. The service is also excellent: advices for restaurants and right on time reservation for the taxi on the way back to the airport.

I was amazed by the beautiful hidden gem that I discovered during my stay in Rome. The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the famous Spanish Steps and surrounded by designer boutiques. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely courtyard outside. Despite being in the heart of Rome, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff were wonderful, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything I needed. The continental breakfast was beautifully presented, with fresh pastries and a delicious cup of coffee. I loved the convenience of having shops, cafes, and restaurants right outside the hotel. I was able to explore all the major sites of Rome on foot, including Vatican City. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Rome.

This is a small, privately owned hotel that has only been open a few months. Do not expect a large, impersonal, full service hotel. Instead you get a very modern, clean room with excellent air conditioning on a lively street with sidewalk cafes and vendors withing 2 blocks of the Spanish Steps. The propriator, Giovanna, was very helpful and gave the place a more personal touch. We were travelling with our daughter who is staying for a summer program in another city and Giovanna made sure my daughter had her phone # in case she had any problems or needed any assistance while she was in Italy.
Breakfast was just some tasty pastry...not a full offering like in many hotels but this is a small facility withouit a kitchen. The location, facility and personal touch far outweighed the lack of a full breakfast.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a room that was clean, stylish, and had all the necessary amenities. The location couldn't be better, just around the corner from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of most of Rome's main attractions. The staff, especially Giovanna, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again when in the city!
Breakfast choices could be improved, with a wider variety of options available.

I absolutely loved my stay at Piazza Di Spagna Prestige. This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a major shopping area. The location couldn't be any better, with the famous Bar Pompi just around the corner, serving up the most delicious tiramisu I've ever had. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They even helped us with our heavy suitcases, and the lift was a great convenience. The room we stayed in was spotless and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. it was a wonderful experience that made a lasting impression on both me and my sister.
Nothing, all excellent! 👌
